Birthday Boys!

Summer brings two birthdays in our house.

We celebrated Graham's 2nd birthday at the park with friends and family.

I seriously love this little two year old.  He makes me laugh everyday because he is laughing everyday.  You never know what he is going to find humorous,  and it helps me to see the lighter side of life.  He is a really good talker which helps me see the world the way he does.  His current passions are cars, Ozzie and trains. He's a little guy, barely making the growth charts at the third percentile but he's got a big personality.  I'm so grateful for a wonderful two years with little Hamster.

After a VERY long wait, Beckett finally turned 4!  He thought it would never come but it did.

We invited family over for Beckett's favorite dinner, black bean enchiladas and cake. Beckett wanted a Spider-man cake so mom did the best she could.  This four year old has a slight obsession with all things superhero.

Beckett wanted to go bowling for his family birthday activity.  He's a great little bowler.  I had  fun with some new photo Apps I found.

We finished off the celebrations with a superhero birthday party.  It was lot's of crazy fun.

One of the favorite activities was an obstacle course where they had to crawl through a web.

What's a superhero party without the chance to shoot some webs?  With a little silly string their super powers were enhanced and Spiderman saved the day. It was a SUPER day.

I love four year olds just as much as I do two year olds.  Every age brings new discoveries, laugher and experiences.  Beckett is still a serious guy most of the time.  He likes rules and is quick to tell us the way things work.  Other than superheros Beckett's great love is his little brother.  Beckett loves to play with him and make him laugh (which isn't hard to do).  They are such good little buddies it warms my heart.  If they are ever separated Beckett runs straight to little brother for a hug and kiss.  Beckett really is an amazing four year old and we feel so blessed to have him in our family.

Your boys really are so cute. I love the way Graham talks. His little voice is so cute and he really does talk so well. They are both sweet boys. Speaking of sweet - your Spiderman cake rocks! I am super impressed. And the web game was such a cool idea. Props to you.
