Church History Museum

The Museum of Church History and Art has a new children's exhibit.  It's really neat.  The theme is the Book of Mormon.  Each interactive area is based on a story or principal from the Book of Mormon and has a story that goes along with it that applies that principal to everyday life.  There is a strong Latin American theme so the kids get to learn some culture too.  Then of course there is incredible art work throughout.  If you live in the area you should check it out.  It's kind of like a mini Discovery Gateway but free.  My kids had a blast.
Becket translating the golden plates.

This area had a garden and kitchen that taught the kids about missionary work and service.

Nephi's ship was a big hit.

Thanks Stac. I've been wondering what to do with my crew for spring break and this is the perfect adventure.
